IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Starting March 2025, LaPerla will begin a construction project lasting approximately 18 months. During this time, balconies in the active work lines will be closed for approximately 4 months and the pool will be closed for approximately 6-8 months starting in May. However, Newport Hotel will provide access to their pool for LaPerla guests. Beach services will funtion without any disruptions.
PLEASE NOTE:
Building requirements: Tenant evaluation ($100 per family with minor children or $100 per adult over 18); ID cards ($25 per person) Valet parking sticker ($10 one time fee).

Summary: I stay in Miami every couple of months but this was my first stay in La Perla. The condo is even better than the photos show! Clean, well equipped and with everything you might need, right down to a washer and dryer which was a treat for quick refresh of clothes. I will pack less next time! The host Mike was fast and responsive to every question or comment and clearly takes pride in ensuring his guests enjoy their stay. Altogether a wonderful stay and amazing host. The building staff are incredible, from back office, to reception and the valet service. Everyone is friendly and efficient. The beach and pool services were also amazing. Overall I can’t wait to return; this is my new home from home in Miami Beach.
