The balcony is equipped with a brand new Weber Grill and backs right up to Peak 1 for phenomenal views winter or summer. The Summit Recreational Bike bath is a few steps away out the back door, the Frisco Marina, Lake Dillon, and Main Street Frisco are all less than a mile away from the front door. Unit comes fully equipped with Cable TV in Living area and bedroom, Wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen with Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric Cooking and abundance of cooking pots, pans, utensils. The Condo unit is located about as close as you can be to the indoor Pool house, with large indoor pool, locker room, sauna, 3 large hot tubs, laundry, fitness center, and study area.
