4 Bedroom House with Bedding, Internet and Kitchen
This family friendly four bedroom, two bathroom lakefront home is situated on 1.6 acres with stunning views of the lake. Our wide beach is perfect for wading into the warm lake, sunning on a beach towel, playing games, and beach firepit gatherings. There are four kayaks (two adult, two child) and a paddleboard available for your use. Numerous water toys are also available.
We have a brand new concrete dock with a generous boat slip and large boathouse with lots of shaded comfy seating. There are two dock ladders and a stainless staircase will be installed later this summer for easy entry and exit from the water.
New for this summer - A new, much larger deck with new dining set is complete!
Lakeshore Cottage is on one of the nicest properties on the lake. While many properties have a steep climb up from the water to the house, our property has a gentle rise and small staircase to the house. The width of the beach and trees lining the property on either side provide privacy, however we have excellent friendly neighbours who keep an eye on the property when we are not there. Our property manager in town is a phone call away.
The home is over two floors and allows lots of room for adults and kids to spread out. Upstairs are three bedrooms with one king room, one queen room and one kids' room with two sets of bunk beds. The living room has a large sofa and two arm chairs to snuggle in while you watch TV on the 65" LED screen. The TV is loaded with all available streaming services, log in with your own account to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and more. The XBox gaming console can play Blu Ray discs; there are games and two controllers provided, feel free to bring your own too.
Downstairs has a large round table, perfect for board games or puzzle challenges. A desk and wireless printer are downstairs for any work that needs to be done, hopefully not too much! Wifi is available for any zoom calls or important emails. You will find additional seating in the lower level - a loveseat and two comfy armchairs. New - a second Smart TV has been added in the lower level.
All bed linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.
