You will sleep well on the king size bed with a super comfortable Helix Deluxe mattress. Private front and rear patios, fast WiFi and full kitchen.
Stackable washer and dryer in the restroom with tub and shower. Kitchen table for 2 in the kitchen, fenced outdoor patio in both the front and rear of the home. Window AC keeps the home cool in the summer.
Guests have full access to the home as well as the private patios.
Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG - globally recognized trust and safety insurance that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. Once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to complete an ID verification process.
Parties/Noise: Per Airbnb regulations and local ordinances, and in order to respect the neighbors and our quiet neighborhood, parties are strictly prohibited in the house, and we kindly ask that things are kept on the quieter side after 10:00 pm.
Number of Guests: There will be a fee of $25 for each guest over 2 unless discussed with us, even if the person does not stay the night. This is to prevent parties.
Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is no later than 11:00 am. Unfortunately, we can NOT offer late checkouts; any checkouts that occur after 11:00am will incur a penalty fee of $100/hour. Please let us know the time you plan to check out so we can pass this information on to the housekeepers. We do a thorough cleaning between guests and we kindly ask that before leaving, you place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out the trash. Please leave the home generally as you found it.
Restrooms: Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet.
Smoking: Our house is a non-smoking home, please only smoke in the backyard. No smoking of cigarettes or weed inside the house or there will be a $300 charge.
Candles: We do not allow candles in the home, this is a fire hazard.
Damage: We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you please let us know when something is broken so that we can replace or repair it. There is a stain remover under the sink in the kitchen for the carpet and bedding.
Pets: Pets are allowed with a $100 per pet, non-refundable fee. No more than two (2) pets are allowed. Please alert us prior to your stay if you are planning on bringing along your pet. All pets must be fully potty trained, and not track mud or dirt into our home; please clean your pet's feet if they are dirty/muddy prior to allowing them in the home. Pets are NOT allowed on any furniture, including the beds. Keep the bedroom doors closed that are not being used. We shall not be held responsible in any way for anything that may happen to your pet. Please note, there will be an additional $100 fee for any animal waste found on the property after you leave.
Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. We can not package and ship things that are left behind.
Noise: Please respect the neighbors by keeping sound down after 10:00 pm. Please be mindful as you move about the duplex that there might be someone trying to sleep next door.
Cameras: We have a Ring Video Doorbell camera installed at the entrance for safety.
Parking: Please park your cars in front of the home only. We want to keep peace with the neighbors. Visitor parking is in the desk drawer. Please return it or there will be a $100 fee. Parking passes are required on the street from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Utilities: We kindly ask that you switch off lights and turn off AC/heater when not in the home.
Security Lock: The August smart lock will automatically lock after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Please do not unplug anything in the home. It is difficult for the next guest if lamps are unplugged, and there are items in the home that operate the door lock and doorbell. If you don’t know what it is, do not unplug it. Do not unplug the wireless router or modem or it will shut down the door lock and you may get locked out.
