Welcome home to Ventura's "After Dune Delight" a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom plus 1 bathroom home located in an incredibly desirable spot! Right across the street from Marina Park AND the Beach!! Upon entering the home you will find the living room with two plush couches and a flat screen TV, and a dinner table that seats 4. The living room offers exquisite views of the wonderfully groomed Marina Park and the beach. To the right is the beautifully remodeled kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and access to the back yard. To the rear of the home you will find the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King sized bed, the second bedroom features a Queen sized bed, and the third bedroom features a Trundle Bed with two twin mattresses. This entire home has been remodeled and is like NEW!!! The back yard is incredibly spacious, with plenty of patio furniture, a BBQ, and a fire-pit to enjoy the beautiful beach weather and lifestyle! There is an outdoor shower in the back yard, as well as access to the private laundry room.

Summary: Fantastic location in quiet, neighborly, walkable neighborhood. Sleeps 6 but only seats 4 at the table which could be easily improved with the addition of 2 chairs. Pretty clean overall, copious use of Febreeze was a turnoff, and trundle bed had pet hair and toys, and crumbs, ew. Kitchen was the best-stocked kitchen we've ever had.
