Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. This is a wonderful home away from home that is clean, upscale, and nicely designed on a large lot with a beautiful circular driveway. Enjoy the awesome backyard with Pool and Spa and real grass. Furniture and beds are comfortable and great quality. Enjoy a family meal in this fully stocked kitchen as well. This home is located in a very nice family neighborhood.
This cheerful family home offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 3 king beds, 2 queen beds. 10 guests can sleep in beds. Located in a nice friendly neighborhood.
Pool/Spa heating:
Spa heating is $59 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $179 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool which will be the starting date of the minimum amount of 3 days.
Please let us know what days and times you want the spa heated so we can schedule it for your stay.
BBQ:
BBQ has a propane tank. We provide tanks. If they are empty, please fill them nearby but don't forget to check the brand. If you wish us to bring a full tank one of our team members can set it up for an additional fee of $69. Please let us know prior to arrival if you would like one provided. Please clean it after you use it.

Summary: My family really enjoyed our stay. Though there are a few odds and ends at the house that needed upgrading (that I mentioned to the host in a private email), the house was comfortable and pretty well equipped. It has three bedrooms at one end of the house with two baths and one bedroom that is a garage conversion at the other end with no en suite. It has a really nice, very private, mostly paved backyard, with a pool and hot tub, as well as a covered portico with table and chairs beneath. The host was very available by email to help us get the hot tub working. We were able to comfortably host 18 people for a pre Thanksgiving dinner in the open living area and outside space that is well lighted. The house is on a very quiet street and pleasant neighborhood, with nearby shopping and restaurants.
