Luxurious cottage with whirlpool, sauna and an activity room located in the popular holiday area Grønhøj. The ideal holiday home for the large family who wants lots of activities, good facilities and the most cozy holiday home atmosphere. The cottage is tastefully decorated and if you want a little out of the ordinary, then this modern and well-appointed cottage is worth a closer look. The house contains a well-equipped kitchen / living room in open connection, living room with sloping ceilings and a large window that provides an incredibly beautiful light in the room. There are four bedrooms and good, high loft. Two bathrooms with shower, one of which with large, round 6-person whirlpool with water / air massage and direct access to the sauna. Large activity room with pool table and table tennis. The house has two more high chairs and two cots. From the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace and a 150 m2 enclosed terrace that can be recommended for both the small and the four-legged animals. Outdoors on the beautiful terrace, there is always the opportunity to find sun or shade as well as ample opportunity for barbecue, relaxation and coziness. There is plenty of garden furniture and sun loungers. The cottage grounds are with lawn and for the children there are football goals, play tower with slide, sandpit, swings. From the house there are no more than approx. 350 m to the beautiful sandy beach with good bathing water and a relaxed atmosphere. In other words, you just need to jump in your sandals and throw the bath towel over your shoulder when you feel like a swim in the North Sea. However, it is also possible to drive all the way down to the beach, and you can take the beautiful drive, for example, if you want to go north to Løkken or south to Blokhus. Not for rent to youth groups.
