Near one of Bornholm's best sandy beaches, Vestre Sømarken, you will find this very spacious holiday home on a 2000 m2 natural plot, where there is very good space to unfold. From the living room and terrace there are views of meadows and fields. The house is 250 m & # 178 ;, is on 2 levels and was built in 1973. In 2014 it underwent a partial renovation. The kitchen is i.a. equipped with refrigerator and separate freezer and dishwasher. The cottage has i.a. fast and stable (500/500 Mbit) wireless internet and Danish and German TV channels. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and changing table. There are six bedrooms, of which 2 of the beds are only suitable for older children (3-11 years). In addition, there is a cot and two high chairs. The house has a 32 m2 south-facing, open terrace. Note that the house is located next door to an agricultural property in operation, so odor nuisance may occur. Not for rent to youth groups.
