Our Tiki Den is adorned with classic Tiki decor, boasting bamboo accents, matting, and other playful touches that transport you to the heart of vintage Tiki culture. Please note that our den is located in the basement, with ceilings reaching a cozy 6 feet and 2 inches. The floors are cool painted concrete, softened by plush area rugs. You'll be sharing our family home, and you may hear the joyful sounds of our young children living above you.
Your bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, a granite-topped dresser, a large flat-screen TV with a game console, a fan for your comfort, an iron and ironing board, and wall hooks with hangers for your convenience. In the den, you'll discover a spacious wooden poker table with four swivel chairs and a built-in snooker game, as well as plush chairs with a reading lamp for cozy relaxation.
The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster oven, plates, silverware, and basic kitchen utensils – all with a delightful touch of Tiki flair.
Please keep in mind that the Tiki Den is a private vacation rental apartment located on the ground floor of our family home. There is a section cordoned off with shelving for our private storage, and we kindly ask that you respect these designated areas. The courtyard and hot tub are shared spaces with our family and fellow guests.

We're centrally located, only two miles from both the vibrant French Quarter and the lively Uptown district. Plus, Tulane, Loyola, and Xavier Universities are a quick 7-10 minute drive from our home.

This is a ground floor apartment. Ceilings are 6.2' on average. Our family with small children lives on the floor above you. We do not permit parties and request that all of our guests conduct themselves at all times in a family friendly manner that recognizes that there are children living in the home. The hot tub is heated in the fall & winter. In the late spring and summer we turn off the heat to have a cool tub. A signed rental agreement, government ID and security deposit is required for all bookings. City of New Orleans requires booking guests be 25 years or older. 23-NSTR-15932, OPERATOR LICENSE NUMBER:24-OSTR-07088. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras that face the entrances. There are two at the rear of the house, two on the sides and one at the front. The cameras actively record video.
