It is hard to beat the location. This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo offers a queen bedroom, bath, kitchen , living and dining area. With a nice Lanai and a partial oceanview. We have internet and a new Large Flat Screen TV. There is a spacious lawn behind the complex, a coin operated laundry and one assigned parking space. surfers, windsurfers, kite-surfers as well as tourists from all around the world visit us and enjoy!
