Coastal living at its best on California’s most sought after beach. Carbon Beach, perfect for long walks while enjoying beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets, also offers paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing.
You will have direct access to the condo’s private beach where you can bury your toes in the sand lounging in the units’ comfortable beach chairs or lounge at the pool and soak up the sun.
This 680 sq. ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located in a charming complex of 24 private residences called The Malibu in the heart of Malibu. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee station (supplied pods or make a full pot) wine fridge, full fridge, dish washer, Thermador range, microwave, toaster over, blender, electric mixer, pizza paddle, charcuterie board and more if you decide to cook in. You also have full use of the gas BBQ in the complex. Hi-Speed Wifi and big screen televisions with digital cable are located in both the living and bedroom areas. The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and a queen size pullout sofa in the living room that sleeps 2. A washer and dryer is available in the breezeway across from the condo entrance.
When the tide is right, walk on the sand to great local spots, such as Malibu Pier, Malibu Farm Restaurant, Nobu and the SoHo House. The Malibu Country Mart and Cross Creek are approx. 1.2 miles away with Starbucks, Café Habana, Howdy’s Local Mexican, John’s Garden (a local fave) and world class shopping. Whole Foods grocery store and Ralph’s are also nearby.
The condo contains private residence and out of respect to the other owners, no parties are allowed. No glassware is permitted near or around the pool and spa areas. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages at poolside. No blow-up toys or boogie boards are permitted in the pool. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. Rules of the condo association must be respected by all guests. Copies of the rules will be provided upon booking. Upon arrival you will be asked to sign that you understand and will adhere to these rules during your stay.
NOTE: Malibu is busy in the summer. Expect to hear road noise from the Pacific Coast Highway, especially in the bedroom.
