Thank you for your interest in our 500m2 villa located in the centre of the Costa Brava, in Platja d'Aro. Detached house on a large plot, with 14m outdoor pool + heated indoor pool in winter. It can accommodate up to 14 people, and has space for 3 cars inside the plot.
Welcome to paradise on the Costa Brava! This stunning house is the perfect retreat for those looking for a luxurious and unforgettable holiday experience. This property offers a perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The jewel of the property is its impressive 14-metre outdoor pool, next to the porch. In addition, it is one of the few properties where you can enjoy its TWO SWIMMING POOLS. The outdoor pool for those sunny days and the heated indoor pool, ideal for relaxing at any time of the year.
The spacious living-dining room connects to a large fully equipped modern kitchen, with a 2-door fridge-freezer, and a central island, and with access to a rear terrace. On the upper level of the living room we have a reading and games corner, offering a cozy space to share unforgettable moments.
Enjoy the sun on the large terrace with a porch and outdoor furniture, surrounded by a beautiful garden with a barbecue area (Barbecue subject to compliance with local regulations). In addition, the house is equipped with wifi and television.
Accommodation
The house is distributed over 3 floors: The main floor, with the large living room, with access to the porch and garden, the kitchen, with access to a terrace, a bathroom and 3 bedrooms (2 of them with bunk beds for the youngest).
On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms (one of them suite with a private bathroom) and 1 bathroom, in addition to the second level of the living room with a games area.
On the lower floor of the house, we have another games area and an indoor pool heated for the winter to 26° (We can reach 30° on request and with a small supplement for the cost of electricity).

In addition, this villa is only 100 km from the city of Barcelona.
