The Location:
* HOLLYWOOD is conveniently situated between Miami & Ft. Lauderdale, both of which are easily accessible via Uber or Lyft for an easy work commute or a safe night out for entertainment. Return home to a nice peaceful setting away from the crowds and noise.
* AIRPORT: Ft Lauderdale / Hollywood airport (FLL) is about 15 minute drive from the apartment - You can arrive via bus or Uber. The bus is Bus 01 every 20 minutes from the airport with the stop at "US1/Jefferson S", and a short 4 minute walk. Uber or Lyft are also available.
* AIRPORT: Miami - depending on traffic, it can be between 28 minutes to an hour drive or it is also accessible via train to the Hollywood Tri-Rail station, with an Uber or bus from there. Uber or Lyft are also available for this drive.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
* The apartment is situated in a nice residential neighborhood, with multi-million dollar homes as you get closer to the waterfront. There are plenty of safe neighborhood streets and parks where you can talk a walk or a bike ride and bring the children or dogs along. You can play tennis or bring the children to the playground in a park 2 blocks away.
*At Young Circle, about 4 blocks away, an easy walk, you can pick up a trolley operated by the city to go to Hollywood Beach. That saves you the hassle of trying to find parking on the beach during season. Do a search for Hollywood FL Beach Trolley and you can see the details.
* In the other direction you have the main street of Downtown Hollywood, about 4-5 blocks away, an easy walk. During the day, you can easily go for groceries, stop at Walgreens (a chain for pharmacy/personal care items/cosmetics), go to the Bank/ATM and head to a nearby post office. ** Do a search for Young Circle Hollywood, FL and zoom in on the map
*After the beach or during the day, in Downtown Hollywood, you have a variety of restaurants, bars, boutiques, etc. on Hollywood Boulevard. ** Do a search for Anniversary Park, Hollywood FL and zoom in to see some of the things to do there.
*For a night out, instead of heading to Miami, you can visit a bar/dancing club open until 4am called Spice in Downtown Hollywood - if you're in the mood for some live Latin music, dancers & performers, combined with some drinks and bites to eat, you will have a great time here, near to your rental . If you're up for it, you can show off your Latin moves on the dance floor as well.

THE APARTMENT:
* This remodeled apartment is fresh and clean with luxury touches of granite counter-tops, vessel sink and multi-jet body panel in the shower. The queen-sized mattress in the bedroom and the full-sized sleeper sofa in the living room can comfortably sleep 2 adults with occasional guests on the sleeper sofa. There is also plenty of space for your doggie beds for your four-legged family members!
* The KITCHEN has full-sized appliances (including a dishwasher and microwave) and is fully stocked with all the plates glasses and utensils you will need to prepare a home-cooked meal - that includes wine glasses & a corkscrew too! A blender, coffee maker, toaster oven and set of knives are also provided. A stainless steel refrigerator & dishwasher, as well as granite counter-tops & back-splash, provide an elegant style to the apartment. An introductory amount (about 1 week's worth) of paper towel, hand soap, cleaning supplies are provided.
* The BATHROOM has a fully tiled standing shower with a body spray panel as you can see in the pictures. A vessel sink and waterfall faucet is set on top of a Travertine stone-tiled counter with spacious cabinetry below for storage. A hair dryer is included in addition to bath towels & hand towels. An introductory amount (about 1 week's worth) of shampoo, body wash, hand soap and toilet paper are provided as well.
* The BEDROOM has a comfortable queen sized mattress with memory foam topper, a 6 foot long built-in custom closet with plenty of storage space (two rods for hanging short clothing items, one rod for dresses, shelving in between for folded items), another side table, two lamps, and a sliding glass door that leads through an outdoor space (unfinished/not too pretty, but OK if you want to smoke outside - no smoking allowed inside!!) to the garage where the washer/dryer are located.
*The DINING AREA features a bistro-height table with bar stools. It can be moved around the apartment for entertaining guests as well.
* The LIVING ROOM features a large flat-screen SMART TV with streaming available (for your paid subscription services).
* The DESIGNATED WORK AREA has a comfortable built-in granite top, plenty of outlets to power/ charge your devices, a WiFi printer (your paper and ink supplies), 2 shelves above for storage/organization, and a comfortable swivel chair on wheels. If you require to connect via ethernet cable, the internet modem is right by the desk area so you can guarantee the best connection. No need to crouch on a coffee table or dinette to work.
* A clothes WASHER and DRYER are available free of charge in the attached garage which is a shared space. Please provide your own laundry supplies.
* The entire property in which this apartment is located is fenced in. You enter the apartment through a gate in the fence that leads into a small round courtyard (as you see in the pictures)
* PLEASE NOTE: There is no private yard in this unit. The reviews which mention a private yard are for another unit at this property.
* 24 HOUR CHECK-IN is available and I can often accommodate early/late check-in requests with no additional fee.
* Also, I can often accommodate LUGGAGE STORAGE on the day of check-in/out - feel free to ask with your reservation, as it depends on when other guests are arriving/leaving :)

* AVENTURA: is a well-to-do neighborhood, very well know for it's upscale mall, the Aventura mall, as well as Turnberry Country Club. Between shopping & spa/golf resort amenities, you will find all you need within 10 minutes from this rental apartment in Aventura.
* If you have medical concerns, Aventura Hospital, and associated doctor's offices in the vicinity within 10 minutes from the property, provides top-notch medical services in every specialty.
*GULFSTREAM (do a search on the map for The Village at Gulfstream Park) a wonderful upscale outdoor entertainment complex with everything from fine restaurants, bars, casino & live horse-racing during season. It is a great night out, close to the apartment. It is less than a 5 minute drive. HARD ROCK CASINO is not too far away as well (20 minute drive), if you need a larger complex of this sort.
*LAS OLAS, Fort Lauderdale (do a map search for Las Olas Beach as well as Riverside Hotel, Las Olas) as well as RIVERWALK, Fort Lauderdale (map search Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale) - great high end areas of outdoor boutiques, art galleries, trendy restaurants and various art and food festivals throughout the year. They have an online calendar of events, which are a wonderful way to spend a day outdoors.
