Perfect for families, groups of friends, or even a business group, we are wonderfully situated in the luxury neighborhood of “Hillview park” At Sherman Oaks, close to Burbank, Universal Studios, and Hollywood. If you just want to stay home and chill we have a games room and a private hot tub in our leafy in a huge Beautiful treelined garden with a kids playground. You could think you are in Beverly Hills!"

This spacious 3-bedroom home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. This house is comfortable, clean, and has so many awesome features - it is a must-visit!
The large master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed + Sofa bed and a view of the backyard and baby crib. It also has two large closets and an updated en suite with dual sinks and both a shower and tub.
Bedroom 2 has queen-size beds with another queen-size on the bottom,
Bedroom 3 has a Full-size bed with another full-size on the bottom.
There are also 2 single-sized foldable sofa beds in the living room and 2 single-foldable beds in the fireplace.
This home features hardwood flooring, family friendly with toys, high chair and more. updated appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, dishwasher, big refrigerator & lots of natural light. It is fully stocked with plates, utensils, small appliances, etc. If you plan to do any cooking or baking during your stay, this kitchen will not disappoint.
