Updated house includes new bathrooms, hardwood floors, appliances, furniture, mattresses, linens, and dishware! The spacious kitchen leads into a large dining area that seats 10. The beautiful living room has all new furniture and a huge 60 inch TV for relaxing after the beach. Keep cool with central air on those humid summer days. The upgrades include Wi-Fi and a cable television in each room. The house sleeps 8 to 10 comfortably and is ideal for large or multiple groups. The first floor bathroom has a brand new tub and shower; the second floor bathroom has been renovated with a shower.
This light and bright home is situated on a large property with old growth trees and a large outdoor seating area featuring a picnic table, grill, and Adirondack chairs. Five HD TV's can be found throughout this home, as well as a new Foosball table and Ping Pong table.
