This is a top floor (3rd floor) condo at Oyster Pointe Condominiums in Kill Devil Hills. 2 bed 2 bath with outdoor pool (open 5/20/26-10/1/26), tennis courts, beautiful sound front views, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Many restaurants, public beach accesses, Avalon Pier, and grocery stores within 1 mile of the condo. There are nice bike trails by the condo that take you down the sound shore or to the Wright Brothers Monument.
This condo is on the top floor (3rd floor) and stairs are the only way to access it. No elevator available.
