Summary: Everyone in my group thought this cabin was even better than we were expecting. The mattresses were more comfortable than they looked in pictures. I think they were memory foam, but they were definitely on the more firm end. The cabin was cute and cozy, and the location was the perfect amount of nature. We saw several deer right outside the windows, and there was a good amount of snow that we were pleasantly surprised by when we went at the end of December. It even lightly snowed one night during our stay, but the dirt roads were clear to drive on. It was about a 30 minute drive from most of the activities we had planned, but it was a very easy and beautiful drive to several close by towns. I’d definitely recommend having a rental car to explore Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you to the hosts for making everything so easy and comfortable!
