3 Bedroom House with Security, Internet and Laundry
Our home is modern/cozy and up to date only being a few years since being built. The kitchen was just fully remodeled including new quart’s countertops and back splash, a large single deep sink, beautiful champagne hardware and faucets, a water spout supplying filtered water, new appliances, new cabinets, and new flooring throughout the first floor. All the furniture you see is from pottery barn or west elm so it has a very high quality and feel. The TV's have Roku remotes that the guest must login to their own accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) The backyard is very spacious with a large cement area covered by a end to end patio that include ceiling fans, lights, and outlets. There is also a large turf area in the backyard that can be enjoyed by people and furry friends as it is pet friendly. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and clean with not too much clutter giving a relaxing feel. This neighborhood is one of the nicest and safest in all of Visalia. The home is directly in a cul de sac with a gate at the end that allows access to the main road for you to enjoy nice walks along the mature tree covered walkways. Very low traffic on the street since it is a cul de sac with mostly families occupying the homes. Everyone is very friend and helpful
