Positive: The location is top, you have a direct view of the pyramids from your room. The Staff was really nice and polite.

Negative: Somehow we were upgraded to a room on the roof, which did not have a private balcony, but a shared balcony with everyone. So you cannot actually go on your balcony because there are other people there all the time. It was very noise, as the people were talking and walking all the time on balcony and the roof top.
