This Oceanfront lot is one of the largest on the Outer Banks offering the ultimate in privacy, professionally maintained landscape, and with a long paved driveway all within a very short walk to the Pine Island North Pool and tennis court. The interior provides an expansive newly painted Recreation Room / Sports Bar with custom tile work overlooking the beautiful enclosed pool area with color coordinated pool furniture and includes a full size Olhausen billiards table, a Sports Bar with flat screen TV, and separate theatre room with a new 4K 70" screen and home theater system. There are 2 diner style tables and seating at the bar. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time. *This service will not be available after the 2025 rental season.
