Standalone 30sq.m tiny villa with private access, just 5 km from the old city of Nafplio, in a quiet area, placed within a land of 5000 sq.m. At the same area there are an other three "cottages" the same size with the same interior look but all has their own privacy and they can be booked individually.
Please be so kind and if you dont find availability for this "cottage" , look further for my next listing.
Each of it, has its own bathroom with shower and kitchen, fridge, stove and everything you need to prepare your own meals.
Large windows so that you can enjoy the view and private terrace with outdoor furnitures under the pergola.
All linen and towels are cotton and suplied from COCOMAT.
Shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner,soap and finally the vanity kit are supplied from APIVITA.

We can offer two different kinds of breakfast on alternating days (NOTE. Offered only during high season) and consisting of:
White and rye bread, butter, jam (from fruits depending on the season ) and honey.
Orange juice, milk and nutrition bars or eggs.
Fruit salad or yogurt with graniola and fruits of the season.
Small croissant or mini apple pies.
The majority of the above products are hand made.
The facility has a pool with inwater beds, a sauna in a separeted area with the possibility of having a massage, and a hot tub which is used in the winter time.
You are welcome to stroll on the gravel walkpaths and choose your favorite shaded sitting area where you can relax in the mild breeze.
Guest can have free access in the big pool, the BBQ all walk paths and sitting areas.
