In its surroundings there is not only one of the most beautiful urban parks in Spain where you can do sports every morning or take a walk, but it is an area surrounded by the best and most sought-after bars and restaurants that in recent times have become a reference.

From the apartment, almost on the corner of Menéndez Pelayo street, a large avenue that borders the Retiro park, or the Ibiza metro just 2 minutes from the house, you can access any point of the city in a short time. This apartment is ideal for all kinds of visitors and especially recommended for executives or people who need to spend a few months in Madrid.

Apartment:
It is located on the ground floor of the building, although due to its structure, it is the equivalent of a first floor, with two large windows facing Calle Menorca. Please note that access to the apartment requires a flight of stairs.

This apartment has 88 m², with capacity for 6 people distributed in two private rooms with a double bed each. In the living room there is also a double sofa bed and a large round table for 6 people. It also has an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, central heating and television.

The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast table. The bathroom has a shower.

Decorated in an elegant and warm way, both the furniture and the combination of warm colors in its interior achieve the objective of convenience and comfort desired for a pleasant stay. The guest agrees to respect the residents of the neighboring apartments and to avoid making loud noises at any time of the day (such as parties, loud music, shouting, etc.)
Important: the community of neighbors is carrying out works in the building that will last until autumn 2023.
