Beautiful Suite, home built 2020. New furniture 2021, private entrance and patio, coded door lock. Sleeps 1 adult or 1 adult plus child. 2 twin beds, table, tv, coffee area and closet. Tile floors. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity. Pets considered, pet fee applies, please inquire before booking and see notes about fireworks. Located in the wonderful town of Queen Creek Arizona. Close to many tourist attractions in the sunny Phoenix East Valley. Golf, shop, go hiking trails in the San Tan Mountains. Walking distance to Queen Creek Olive Mill and Schnepf Farms (there are cross walks and sidewalks to cross Riggs or Gary Rd.). Nearest golf couse 2.2 miles away (see photos). This Casita had a private fenced in courtyard with an outdoor sofa, lounge chair, firepit and grill. The Casita has a wall unit heating and air conditioner. Linens, towels, coffee makers (drip and Keurig), kettle, iron and small board, hot plate, toaster oven/air fryer, oven, combo, compact fridge and freezer. Smart TV with streaming service, wireless internet (or plug in)soap, shampoo included. Coffee, tea, ice and bottled water provided. Parking on street available. Heated community pool, splash pad, pond. ***We can see and hear fireworks & music from Schnepf Farms when they host festivals, weddings and concerts. Please keep in mind if you have pets or if this interferes with your work or sleeping schedule. ***
