It is pet friendly inside and out with a mesh-wire and rail fenced backyard and a gated upper deck. The extra large kitchen and is fully equipped with all new appliances and cook-ware and comfortably accommodates multiple cooks.

Hurricane Helene
The house was not damaged by hurricane Helene however the stairs to the river are currently not usable. Repairs are estimated to be completed by Spring 2025.

COVID-19 Cleaning
Note that the house is extensively cleaned and disinfected between rentals to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
