The open living area with a gallery is exceptionally bright and features a red genuine leather sofa and a 55-inch HD Smart TV. The walls are adorned with artworks by Banksy. The living area seamlessly transitions into the dining area, equipped with a spacious table that accommodates up to 6 people, perfect for shared meals.

A highlight is the tournament-sized pool table, illuminated by a retro pool light. Cues, balls, and chalk are provided so you can start playing right away.

The kitchen boasts a spacious island with a stove, oven, workspace, and bar stools. This island also serves as a kitchen table, ideal for breakfast in the morning or a quick coffee. In addition to the standard equipment, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, wine glasses, bottle opener, and more. We provide complimentary oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and dishwashing detergent (without refilling).

Separated by a room divider, you'll find a workspace with two massive desks, ergonomic chairs, as well as a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and even a computer.

Heading up the stairs to the gallery level provides an overview of the living area. On the first floor, you'll find the two bedrooms. The first room features a comfortable 180x200 cm king-size box spring bed, while the second has a cozy 160x200 cm king-size padded bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with open wardrobes and hangers.

On the ground floor, there is a toilet with a sink, while on the first floor, you'll find the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. We provide complimentary hand soap and towels.
