Enter into a foyer leading to an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and views of the ocean along Nantucket Sound. The dining area and living room feature an open concept with sliders leading out to a covered porch for al fresco dining with the soundtrack of the ocean. The main level will have one bedroom with two full sized beds and a full bathroom with stand up shower accessible in the hallway.
On the second level, you will find four more bedrooms, including a grand master bedroom with balcony, along with an attached master bathroom featuring a large tub and glass enclosed shower. Another bedroom containing 2 full beds also offers a seating area, game table, and TV for space to spread out. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our family had a great week at this house. We've stayed in many houses in the area and this one is being reconsidered for next year. Beautiful location that you can't beat, right next to a beautiful beach. And the house is very spacious with gorgeous views. But there are definitely some updates needed. Most of the beds should be replaced. One of the double beds upstairs was propped up with a paint can. The downstairs double beds are old, noisy and uncomfortable. Ideally, these should be replaced with queen beds. The toaster oven was broken and difficult to use. The French doors were very difficult to lock. Physical keys were needed for entry but it would be nice to have a keypad lock as we had 3 families staying and only 2 keys were provided. The Internet and wi-fi was terrible and made it extremely difficult to work from the house. The TV upstairs did not work but may be due to the internet quality. These things did not prevent us from having a great time at the house. Just mild inconveniences.
