Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner was very accommodating to our family's needs and perfect walking-distance location to the Hospital (which is want we needed). The new finishes, furnishings, and necessities were in great condition and higher-end. The location in Davis Island can't be beat. You can walk around the island, downtown, riverwalk, and we were able to see the Gasparilla Boat Invasion right across the street. We absolutely would and probably will stay here again.
