Boasting sweeping ocean views from every room, and a flight of stairs leading directly to the beach, it’s a perfect opportunity to clear out a cluttered mind. It is a place families and friends have created lasting memories since Windwhistle has been in the family for over 60 years.
An open beach lies between the bookends of Tillamook Head and Hug Point and stretches for miles. Relax on an extra-large southern-facing deck for private sunbathing, playing games, or having breakfast in the sun. Play bocce ball on the beach or on the front or back lawn. Have evening bonfires on the beach right in front of the house. Bodysurf and jump the waves.
Close enough to walk to Cannon Beach (about 1 ½ miles) to enjoy all the amenities (live theater, fully stocked grocery stores, a great fresh seafood store, gourmet restaurants, lots of coffee shops) and yet far enough away to enjoy the peace off the touristy beaten path. It is at the end of a dead-end lane with a forested lot behind the back yard.
Gather near the wood-burning fireplace in the main living room to play games, read a novel, or look out the window at the rolling surf.
