As you pull into the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the pool in the community are bright and cheerful and create a fabulous first impression of your Outer Banks vacation home.
Each member of your family will find something to love as a guest of this wonderful resort. A small water park marks the centerpiece of the community. Sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features, lots of fun toys and plenty of sun loungers create a super fun environment at which the kids will want to spend the whole day! Plus, this is a community which is constantly being updated; the Bay has a new pier constructed as of November 2019, perfect for fishing, launching kayaks or just enjoying the view.
Every member of the family can find something to enjoy here! If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1.1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches.
Your colorful vacation accommodations will brighten both your day and your spirits! Here, you will enjoy a true rarity on the Outer Banks - your own private garage! In addition, your four-story townhome boasts several covered porches with Adirondack chairs and a dining table, comfortable furnishings and plenty of fun, coastal touches.
As you enter through the first level, you will find yourself in the intimate great room. Here is the living room outfitted with a sofa and flat screen TV. The efficient and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for creating quick meals or snacks. The breakfast bar with seating for two promotes great conversation. The formal dining area with seating for 6 beckons the whole group to sit down and break bread together. It's the perfect way to catch up on your great vacation experiences and make plans as a family!
On the second floor, two En Suites each enjoy their lovely privacy. The King suite also boasts a deck overlooking green space with two Adirondack chairs a small table. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoons. Another En Suite with two twins offers wonderful flexibility and can accommodate a variety of family members.
Coral Gables is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.
