Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location is good, close to the 13 and 580 freeways and very convenient to the Montclair/Piedmont area as well as downtown Oakland and San Francisco. The cottage is on a fairly busy street, set back behind a small front yard and patio, but once inside we didn't notice any noise, and enjoyed the tasteful decor, comfortable beds, plentiful towels, and spacious common areas. We would stay here again.
