The 1st floor includes a master bedroom with private bath with tub/shower, king size bed, desk with computer monitor. This floor also includes a living room with a queen size pull out sofa. This room has French doors leading to the entry foyer and pocket doors leading to the dining area. Both doors can be closed off so the room becomes private. This room includes a queen size pull-out sofa and armoire for an additional private sleeping space. The back side side of the 1st floor is an open floor plan that includes a dinning area 12ft kitchen island and modern appliances. The dining area can seat 6 people (expandable to 8 people if a few folding chairs are used). The Island includes seating for five people. The kitchen sits between the dining area and a sitting area. The sitting area has a smart TV. There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower and laundry facilities on the 1st floor.
The 2nd floor which is open to the entrance way below includes a family room in the center. This family room includes a 55in TV and provides an open and friendly atmosphere to watch TV, read or enjoy each others company. A 2nd bedroom is located on the right side (facing the back of the house) of the family room. This room includes a full size bed and a bunk bed suitable for two children. The bunk beds are full twin size but the frame is low profile to accommodate the cape style roof line. A third bath serves this bedroom. The entrance to the Master Suite is located on the other side of the Family Room. The 300sqft+ suite includes a king size bed, a futon that can be folded out to sleep two small people as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a retro-refrigerator, a retro microwave as well as a sink and toaster oven. It does not include a stove. The suite also includes a full private bath and 40in Smart TV. The second floor also include a great room that includes a desk with computer monitor, a combination pool/table tennis table, a queen size sofa and a 58 in TV. This room can be accessed directly from the suite through a door (that can be locked). It can also be accessed from a stairway that leads to a second entrance way on the front of the house.
