My home is fully furnished, super clean, and charming! The cottage is located in the heart of San Fernando Valley, which is just minutes away from all the excitement and attractions in Los Angeles.
The nearest freeways are less than a mile away: 405 and 101
There is a bus right across the street can connect you to nearly anywhere in Los Angeles County and further. It is also next to the Big Beautiful Balboa Park and close to a golf course and airport transportation.
The kitchen has all the conveniences of home: microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, silverware and dishes.
The living room has two couches that convert to double beds and a flat screen tv.
The bathroom has a hairdryer for your conveniences. Shower is over the bathtub.
The Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, with a memory foam mattress

Summary: This is a clean, cute place inside. It is a 1 bedroom unit. The bedroom has a bunk bed and cold AC. The Living room has 2 couches which turn into comfy beds along with another cold AC unit. My family of four (wife and 2 kids, 6 and 8) stayed here for more than a month and it worked out perfectly for us. Sheri, the owner is a nice person. She even did linen laundary for us. Pros: - WiFi is extremely fast. - Located very near the 405 freeway. - 2 car tandem parking. Could also fit 3rd car if needed. - Clean interior. - Cold A/C in living room and bedroom. - Bed and couches are comfortable. - Safe neigborhood. - Kitchen is stocked with dishes and cutlery. - Stove is brand new. - Wood/Laminate floor in the living room and kitchen is a plus. Cons: I cannot think of anything substantial except that it does not have laundary. Conclusion: I would definitely recommend this place for value. It is far better and costs less than a budget hotel.
