All bedrooms are upstairs. Downstairs their is a living room, adjacent family room and kitchen with a table. Free Wifi is included. Summary: Charming and welcoming, but some repairs are due (loose headboard, rust on faucet that sliced my finger open). We could have used more glasses (plenty of mugs, though!) We would return (especially with young grandkids). They loved the toys and books!!
