Our sunny, end-unit condo is perched on a mountainside and offers comfort, charm, and beautiful views. The three-bed layout features two private bedrooms and a cozy loft, comfortably sleeping five guests. There are two queen beds and one twin bed, plus a full bathroom and a half bath. We invite you to unwind, explore, and enjoy all that Campton Ridge Retreat has to offer in every season.
Perched on a mountainside, our end-unit, sun-drenched condo offers a peaceful retreat.
Our three-bed (two-bedrooms with a loft) features two queen beds, one twin bed, a full bath, and a half bath. Upon entry, you walk into the foyer which then opens up to the kitchen, dining, and living room.
In the kitchen you will find it equipped with a nespresso machine for your morning coffee, plus air fryer, stove top, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Please note, there is no oven. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils, plates, and cookware. All you need to bring is your food!
The living room features a smart TV, comfy couch, and chair. In the dining area, you will find a dining table with 4 chairs as well as two bar stools at the island. Additionally, the sideboard is equipped with board games for all ages.
To access the loft and lower level, you will find a spiral staircase. Please use caution when utilizing stairs. Upon entering the loft, watch your head, however there is ample room to fully stand. You will find open shelving and nightstands for storage.
The lower level features two bedrooms and the full bath. The full bath features a tub/shower combination.
Please note: The roads are steep—AWD is recommended in winter. Please note - this unit is not handicap accessible. There are two parking lots (upper and lower). From each lot, you will be required to climb/descend stairs. Additionally, the condo features a spiral staircase to access the loft and lower level.
Additional Notes:
-Laundry Available: Coin-operated (quarters only) washer and dryer available in the building (first door on the left at the parking lot end). It is $2 per each wash and dry, $4 for a full cycle.
-Resort Amenities: Waterville Estates features hiking and XC skiing trails within walking distance. Campton Mountain Ski Area, just a 5-minute drive away, offers skiing, dining, and live music. Additionally, enjoy two indoor pools, a fitness center, game room, bar, basketball, tennis, volleyball courts, a playground, and a heated outdoor pool. A pond with a sand beach, swim platform, and paddleboat rentals is available, with ice skating in winter.
-Guest Pass: Your stay includes one unlimited adult pass to the Waterville Rec Center (a 3-minute drive from the condo). Additional passes are available for purchase:
