3 Bedroom Condo with Balcony, Wellness Facilities and Internet

Beach access in now open. You can walk out the back of the building to private beach access. The pool is closed. New construction on the pool to begin soon. Although, building construction is finished there are some areas in need of refinishing. We thank you for your patience. Imagine sitting with love ones and enjoying a fabulous sunset, city view and partial ocean view from the 6th floor of this contemporary condo. Recently undergone a $60,000 renovation of kitchen, slider, and windows , this condo offers the comfort of home away from home. This 3 bedrooms, 3 baths is so breathtaking spending time is always a pleasure, and the modern bathrooms have the rating of a luxury hotel.
Bring a cup of coffee with you while you stroll on miles of sand and ocean with the sunrise peeking over the Atlantic. Watch birds, turtles and dolphins from the shore. Great for surfers, sea shells collectors, fishers, joggers, runners, honeymooners, and the whole family .
Satellite Beach is approximately 1 hr. drive from Orlando, with family parks such as Universal Studios, Sea World; Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM, and Pleasure Island. Summary: Nice size condo with a great location. There were a few issues with the appliances but Eric was able to get them resolved. We had a few visitors for a couple nights and the condo easily accommodated everyone. Unfortunately the balcony was unusable because the pigeons loved nesting and hanging out on and under the patio furniture. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
