Summary: We stayed here with our 4 year old, and my in laws. One room has a queen and a full bed which was perfect for my husband, daughter and I. The other room has one queen size bed but the couch in the living room does convert to a bed so we all fit perfectly. The place is a guest house behind the main home but during our stay it was very quiet and never ran into the owners. The owner allowed us to park our car in front of the garage which is convenient for unpacking. There is also a lot of street parking which is rare if you stay closer to downtown LA. So if you’re traveling with multiple vehicles, parking will not be an issue. The house has undated appliances and finishes, the fridge is a little bit on the smaller side but we made it work. Disneyland is about a 30 minute drive but if you don’t mind making the drive, staying here will save you a bit of money compared to places by Disney. There are multiple AC units in the rooms so everyone can pick their perfect temperature.
