The large, active Clubhouse has just been renovated and it includes a full-service restaurant and grill, banquet facilities, pro-shop and fitness center. This lovely 2 Bed / 2 Bath, 2nd floor unit (with elevator access) is just the perfect vacation destination. You can get away from it all or be in the thick of it. Only minutes to area beach and attractions and less than 30 minutes to the arts, culture and night life of downtown Sarasota. Tastefully and comfortably furnished to give that beachy state-of- mind, you'll feel right at home. Soft, ocean blue crushed velvet sofa and love seat will make you want to kick off your shoes and sink right in and enjoy the view through the spacious screened and glassed in lanai to the preserve. Light, bright kitchen with vaulted ceiling and upgraded with granite counters and stainless appliances will make any time you spend in here a joy. The master suite, with attached master bath, offers a queen bed and provides access to the lanai to take in that morning coffee or open the sliders to let the beautiful sea breezes blow through. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and the sofa folds out to a queen sleeper for your overnight guests. Also a bright and airy place to start the day! Cable and WGATE ACCESS IS REQUIRED. In-Season Rates (December- April): $4, 000 per month plus taxes and fees // Off-Season (May-November) Rates- $2, 500 per month plus taxes and fees. Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($250), Booking fee ($100), and Travel Insurance (if requested and purchased at the time the reservation is made).
